📋 Description

• Design realistic drug research and development problems for frontier AI model evaluation • Create prompts, data rooms, and grading documents for each task • Identify hidden basins and forcing chains leading to defensible conclusions • Assemble data rooms using real, source-grounded data • Ensure every decisive value traces to a real source • Write grading documents that evaluate submitted memos on substance • Run verification and calibration before submission • Revise tasks when reviewers request changes • Serve as final authority on scientific and difficulty questions for assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Working expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry • PhD or equivalent industry track record • Ability to design rigorous, realistic research problems that cannot be solved by pattern matching or lookup • Ability to judge reasoning quality, not just final answers • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours • Comfortable working in a browser-based studio and Claude Code • Claude Max subscription required • Must work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
