📋 Description

• Design realistic research problems for frontier AI models in drug research and development • Create prompts, data rooms, and grading documents for each task • Identify hidden basins and forcing chains that make conclusions inevitable • Assemble data rooms from real, source-grounded data with traceable decisive values • Write grading documents that assess submitted memos on substance rather than style or method • Run verification and calibration before submission • Revise work when reviewers request changes • Serve as final authority on scientific and difficulty questions for assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Working expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry • PhD or equivalent industry track record • Ability to pose rigorous, defensible research problems that cannot be solved by pattern matching or lookup • Comfortable judging reasoning quality, not just final answers • Commitment of at least 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours • Must use a browser-based studio plus Claude Code • Claude Max subscription required • Independent contractor status • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
