• Write short, realistic requests based on professional education and training work • Work with AI assistants over several turns by steering them, answering questions, and correcting errors • Rate the AI assistant experience and deliverables against professional standards • Write short notes describing what went well or badly • Contribute human expertise to training and enhancing frontier AI models
🎯 Requirements
• Teacher, professor, tutor, instructional designer, curriculum developer, or L&D professional • 3+ years of professional experience in teaching, instructional design, or corporate training • Uses AI assistants at least occasionally • Writes clearly in English • Must be located in a country where the assistant is available • Independent contractor status • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate
