📋 Description

• Complete an approximately 15-minute written intake about compliance practice • Describe day-to-day workflows, time allocation, and workflows central to the role • Explain how experienced practitioners divide the compliance and financial-crime field • Identify where AI gets compliance work wrong, using concrete casework examples • Share overlooked or invisible aspects of compliance work • Provide detailed, specific responses to shape the scope of future compliance engagements • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Practicing or recently practicing compliance and financial-crime professional • Experience in first line, second line, internal audit, or external advisory • Experience in KYC/CDD and client onboarding, transaction monitoring and AML investigations, sanctions and screening, fraud and disputes, trade and communications surveillance, conduct and consumer-protection compliance, regulatory reporting and change, or compliance testing and assurance • CAMS, CGSS, CFCS, CFE, CRCM, an ICA diploma, or FINRA registrations preferred; deep domain experience without a credential equally welcome • Willingness to write detailed, specific responses about the mechanics of compliance work • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship
