📋 Description

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in forensic and toxicological chemistry, labelled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial • Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard • Judge whether responses correctly answer legitimate questions and refuse dangerous ones • Write reference answers describing correct responses and the technical reasoning behind them • Apply casework expertise to distinguish routine professional questions from requests indicating misuse • Provide written rationales that non-specialists can follow

🎯 Requirements

• Background in forensic or toxicological chemistry casework • Experience identifying substances and precursors and defending conclusions in a report or on the stand • Relevant experience may include controlled substance casework in a forensic laboratory, including identification and quantitation • Relevant experience may include clandestine laboratory response, precursor identification, and scene chemistry • Relevant experience may include forensic toxicology, including postmortem or human performance casework • Relevant experience may include seized-drug and precursor trend monitoring or intelligence analysis • Relevant experience may include expert testimony and report writing on chemical casework • Strong writing ability; every judgment must include a written rationale understandable to non-specialists • Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a strong signal • Must not use classified or export-controlled information, NDA-covered information, or information subject to prepublication review obligations • Must disclose any such obligations so the work can be scoped accordingly • Must provide a technical writing sample or link if available • Ability to read and write about misuse scenarios in the field for sustained periods
