📋 Description

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in chemistry and chemical safety, labeled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial • Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard • Judge whether responses handled technical requests correctly • Write reference answers describing correct responses and the technical reasoning behind them • Distinguish routine professional questions from requests probing for dangerous or illicit information • Provide written rationales that non-specialists can follow • Read and write about misuse scenarios in the field for sustained periods

🎯 Requirements

• Background performing casework identifying substances and precursors and defending conclusions in a report or on the stand • Relevant experience in controlled substance casework in a forensic laboratory, including identification and quantitation • Experience with clandestine laboratory response, precursor identification, and scene chemistry • Experience in forensic toxicology, including postmortem or human performance casework • Experience in seized-drug and precursor trend monitoring or intelligence analysis • Expert testimony and report writing on chemical casework • Strong written rationale understandable to non-specialists • Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is strongly preferred • Include a writing sample or link • Must not use classified or export-controlled information, NDA-covered information, or information subject to prepublication review obligations • Red-teaming experience is ideally preferred
