📋 Description

• Evaluate the quality and accuracy of LLM-generated German text across translation, summarization, dialogue, and grammar-correction use cases • Edit, refine, or rewrite German content to meet linguistic, cultural, and literary standards • Annotate German texts for grammatical, syntactic, semantic, and stylistic features • Identify model errors and linguistic shortcomings • Collaborate with AI researchers to improve LLM performance in German • Provide detailed literary and linguistic feedback to guide model training and evaluation • Curate high-quality German linguistic data to train and improve the model’s understanding and generation capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in German, with excellent command of grammar, syntax, and stylistics • Professional experience in literary editing, copywriting, criticism, or NLP-related linguistic annotation in German • Strong understanding of literary complexity, tone, genre-specific conventions, and regional language variations • Interest in AI, translation technologies, or LLM-driven language research (preferred but not required) • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to identify subtle translation errors or unnatural phrasing • Strong written communication skills and experience working with remote, distributed teams • Independent contractor engagement • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
