📋 Description

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in the hazardous devices/public safety domain • Label prompts as benign, dual-use, or adversarial • Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard • Judge whether responses were handled correctly • Write reference answers describing correct responses and the technical reasoning behind them • Red-team frontier AI models for misuse-potential assessment • Apply professional judgment to distinguish legitimate technical questions from dangerous requests • Provide written rationales that non-specialists can follow

🎯 Requirements

• Background as a certified bomb technician or hazardous device operator, military EOD with civilian public-safety, training or instruction experience, bomb squad commander or training officer, post-blast investigator/device reconstruction specialist, or CBRNE technical response professional • Experience assessing real hazardous devices, including render-safe and post-incident work • Ability to distinguish routine professional questions from potentially malicious requests • Strong writing skills and ability to provide written rationales understandable to non-specialists • Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is strongly preferred • Red-teaming experience is ideally preferred • Must not use classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, or prepublication-review information in the work • Ability to read and write about misuse scenarios for sustained periods • Must provide a sample or link if available for technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience
