📋 Description

• Design realistic insurance scenarios and tasks based on day-to-day professional work • Create scenarios involving risk assessment, underwriting decisions, claims adjudication, policy interpretation, coverage analysis, actuarial pricing/reserving, and regulatory compliance reviews • Review and compare AI-generated insurance outputs for accuracy, professional judgment, and regulatory/standards compliance • Create structured examples reflecting insurance professionals' reasoning • Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance on insurance tasks • Collaborate asynchronously with the research team • Contribute across task design, evaluation, and structured feedback on AI insurance outputs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance • Experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, brokerage, compliance, or a related area • Experience with a carrier, broker/agency, reinsurer, or advisory organization • Professional credential such as CPCU, ARM, AINS, CLU, AIC, ACAS/FCAS, ASA/FSA, or a state adjuster/broker license preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Comfortable with common industry tools and systems, including policy administration, claims, and rating platforms, and Excel • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
