📋 Description

• Design realistic insurance scenarios and tasks based on day-to-day professional work • Review and compare AI-generated insurance outputs for accuracy, professional judgment, and regulatory/standards compliance • Create structured examples showing how insurance professionals reason through problems • Provide written feedback to improve AI performance on insurance tasks • Collaborate asynchronously with the research team • Contribute across insurance specialties including underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, brokerage, compliance, reinsurance, and policy/product • Complete a short application form and potentially a brief sample task

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance • Experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, brokerage, compliance, or a related area • Professional credential such as CPCU, ARM, AINS, CLU, AIC, ACAS/FCAS, ASA/FSA, or a state adjuster/broker license preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Comfortable with common industry tools and systems, including policy administration, claims, and rating platforms, and Excel • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Must be located in the USA • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
