📋 Description

• Design realistic, complex finance scenarios based on professional practice • Build supporting materials including models, memos, filings, and data • Author and evaluate finance tasks used to train AI agents • Apply analytical and decision-making expertise in modeling, diligence, valuation, underwriting, forecasting, risk management, accounting, reporting, or related finance disciplines • Construct complex problems requiring judgment rather than process high volumes • Collaborate with leading researchers on AI training projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of substantive, recent, hands-on finance experience at a recognized institution • Currently working in the finance field • Direct experience with Excel/financial modeling • Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, data rooms, ERP/consolidation systems, or quant/risk platforms where relevant • Commitment of at least 10 hours per week • Experience owning analysis and decisions, such as building models for live deals or investments, leading diligence, defending valuations or recommendations, owning forecasting/reporting cycles, structuring financings, or writing relied-upon memos • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) and/or recognized credential (CFA, CPA, FRM, actuarial designation) preferred but not required • Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT sponsorship
