📋 Description

• Read a synthetic legal matter and its underlying documents • Review six blinded AI deliverables labelled A–F • Make five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output • Write a short, specific rationale for every preference • Evaluate legal work products for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness • Contribute human legal expertise to training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in senior secured credit facility markup review, project finance credit agreements, RMBS closing exception review, tenant-favourable commercial leases, and mixed-use development agreements • Able to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness • Precise written English • Able to work independently to written instructions and a deadline • Commitment of approximately 30 hours across the engagement • Must comply with NDA and confidentiality requirements • External AI tools must not be used on project material • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
