📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real content marketing work, including the issue being tested and the decision a strong practitioner should make • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against practitioner standards • Create and pressure-test Content Marketing environments • Address research and discovery, editorial prioritization, content production, and content QA and audit • Evaluate capabilities including diagnosing messy or conflicting data, prioritizing tradeoffs, planning and execution, QA and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across tools • Collaborate with leading researchers on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in content marketing • Owned an editorial program end to end • Comfortable working in a CMS such as Contentful • Comfortable working alongside Google Analytics 4 • Comfortable working with a research tool such as Semrush • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Engaged as an independent contractor • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
