📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real field marketing or events experience • Define what each task tests, including planted issues and the decisions a strong practitioner should make • Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against professional standards • Create and assess tasks involving diagnosis of messy or conflicting data • Prioritize work and make tradeoffs • Plan and execute marketing work • Perform QA and reconciliation • Handle triage and escalation • Conduct research and evaluation • Prepare reporting • Orchestrate multi-step work across multiple tools • Work on Field Marketing scenarios including event follow-up, sponsorship decisions, regional pipeline recovery, and joint planning against a named account list • Contribute to simulated work environments used to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events • Experience running a region against a sales number, beyond executing logistics • Comfortable using a CRM such as Salesforce • Comfortable using a project tracker such as Asana or Linear • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Independent contractor engagement • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
