📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real lifecycle or CRM marketing work • Identify what each task tests, including planted issues and the decisions a strong practitioner should reach • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against professional standards • Create and pressure-test simulated lifecycle environments for evaluating and improving AI agents • Address tasks involving diagnosis of messy or conflicting data, prioritization and tradeoffs, planning and execution, QA and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration • Work on lifecycle areas including contact strategy, milestone campaigns, customer communications, deliverability and list health, and lifecycle portfolio optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing • Experience owning the sending program and its incrementality • Comfortable working across an ESP, a CRM such as Salesforce, and product analytics such as Amplitude • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Must work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
