📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real marketing analytics work • Define what each task tests, including planted issues and strong-practitioner decisions • Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong responses • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against expert standards • Design and pressure-test Marketing Analytics environments • Address anomaly detection, channel-performance synthesis, cross-source reconciliation, attribution and incrementality reading, and decision-support reporting • Evaluate capabilities including diagnosis, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across tools • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing analytics; owned this work rather than only managing practitioners • Fluent in Google Analytics 4 • Fluent in a product analytics tool such as Amplitude • Fluent in a CRM such as Salesforce • Fluent in ad platform reporting • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to marketing analytics • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates not supported
