📋 Description

• Design task briefs drawn from actual marketing analytics work, including the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against practitioner standards • Create and assess tasks involving anomaly detection, channel-performance synthesis, cross-source reconciliation, attribution and incrementality analysis, decision-support reporting, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, and multi-step orchestration across tools • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing analytics; must have owned this work, not only managed people who do it • Fluent in Google Analytics 4 • Fluent in a product analytics tool such as Amplitude • Fluent in a CRM such as Salesforce • Fluent in ad platform reporting • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Completion of a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to marketing analytics • Independent contractor engagement • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
