📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real marketing operations work • Identify what each task tests, including planted issues and the decisions a strong practitioner should make • Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria • Review AI agent attempts and assess them against expert standards • Create and evaluate tasks involving diagnosis, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration • Work across marketing operations areas including lead routing, workflow design, campaign operations, agency and process transitions, and marketing/sales-stack orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations • Experience building lead routing rules, workflows, and reporting • Fluency in a CRM such as Salesforce • Fluency in a marketing automation platform • Fluency in a project tracker such as Asana or Linear • Fluency in a support tool such as Zendesk or Intercom • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning • Completion of a short multiple-choice knowledge screener before review • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
