📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real organic-growth work, including the planted issue, what the task tests, and the decision a strong practitioner should reach • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task environments • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong responses • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against an expert standard • Diagnose issues from messy or conflicting data • Prioritize work and make tradeoffs • Plan and execute tasks • Perform QA and reconciliation • Handle triage and escalation • Conduct research and evaluation • Report findings • Orchestrate multi-step work across multiple tools • Work on organic-growth topics including search and answer-engine visibility, content-led acquisition, technical and on-page diagnosis, keyword and topic prioritization, web and pricing journey optimization, and organic-traffic funnel diagnosis • Help train and enhance AI systems through projects at Mercor

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO; must have owned this work, not only managed people who do it • Fluent in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a CMS such as Contentful • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Completion of a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Must be an independent contractor • Mercor cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
