📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real paid acquisition work • Define what each task tests, including planted issues and the decisions strong practitioners should reach • Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against professional standards • Create and assess tasks covering diagnosis, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration • Work on Paid Growth environments covering campaign performance diagnosis, budget allocation, funnel and pipeline diagnosis, lead recovery, account-based marketing, and web and pricing journey optimization • Collaborate on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience running paid acquisition • Owned budget and results, rather than only managing people who do the work • Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4 • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Independent contractor engagement • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
