📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on actual product marketing work • Define what each task tests, including planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against expert standards • Create and pressure-test Product Marketing environments • Work across diagnosing messy or conflicting data, prioritization and tradeoffs, planning and execution, QA and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across tools • Cover win/loss analysis, positioning, launch readiness and execution, adoption analysis, and competitive response

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in product marketing, including ownership of launches, positioning, and enablement • Comfortable working across a CRM such as Salesforce • Comfortable working across product analytics such as Amplitude • Comfortable working across a project tracker such as Asana or Linear • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning • Successful completion of a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Must be engaged as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
