📋 Description

• Design task briefs drawn from actual product marketing work • Define what each task tests, including planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong responses • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against practitioner standards • Develop and pressure-test Product Marketing environments for evaluating and improving AI agents • Address win/loss analysis, positioning, launch readiness and execution, adoption analysis, and competitive response • Work across tasks involving diagnosis, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in product marketing; owned launches, positioning, and enablement • Comfortable working across a CRM such as Salesforce • Comfortable working with product analytics such as Amplitude • Comfortable working with a project tracker such as Asana or Linear • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Must be engaged as an independent contractor • Mercor is unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
