📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real mechanical design and CAD tasks on a Mac • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Work through real engineering design workflows to benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models • Explain engineering decisions and reasoning during tasks • Complete a brief AI interviewer conversation • Complete a brief paid assessment • Collaborate with leading researchers on AI training projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience, or currently enrolled postgraduate engineering student • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Hands-on 3D modeling and drafting experience • Must own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher • Proficiency with Mac-compatible CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Onshape, Shapr3D, or FreeCAD • Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings is a plus • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain engineering decisions while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Applicants must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
