📋 Description

• Participate in a paid AI design research study with a major technology company • Join structured, recorded remote sessions capturing how expert designers approach problems, evaluate craft, and determine shipping readiness • Depending on fit, serve as the design expert being interviewed or conduct the interview • Complete approximately 4–5 hours per task/interview, including preparation and a short review afterward • Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Submit a portfolio for fit assessment; submitted portfolios will not be used for model training

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines • Clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards • Portfolio available to share, ideally via website link • Only publicly shareable work; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-covered material • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
