📋 Description

• Participate in structured, recorded remote sessions capturing how expert designers think • Depending on fit, serve as the expert being interviewed or conduct the interview • Explain approaches to design problems, design quality, critique, and shipping decisions • Complete approximately 4–5 hours per task/interview, including preparation and a short review afterward • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Collaborate with leading researchers

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines • Clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards • Portfolio available to share, ideally via website link • Work submitted must be publicly shareable and must not be confidential, unreleased, or NDA-covered • Must work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
