📋 Description

• Support a research project with a leading AI lab • Work through real product design workflows on a personal Mac • Complete and narrate UI/UX design tasks • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Explain design decisions during task completion • Complete a brief paid assessment during onboarding • Collaborate with leading researchers on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, or currently enrolled postgraduate HCI/design studies • Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher • Applicants without a Mac cannot be considered • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD • Experience designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems • Familiarity with user research and usability testing is a plus • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain design decisions while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
