📋 Description

• Own identity, roles, permissions, and authorization end to end • Run the Users capability as a platform and define how other product teams engage with it • Make it easier for founders to bring their teams onto Mercury by improving the invitation experience • Identify why users hesitate to invite teammates and make invitations obvious, easy, and high-trust • Shape the future of identity and authorization as Mercury's product ambition and supported user types grow • Support Mercury's financial stack for founders and scaling companies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience • Preferably experience on horizontal product or platform teams accountable for identity, roles, and authorization • Taste and judgment to balance product against platform • Ability to develop product and platform solutions that avoid unnecessary complexity • Point of view on agentic action and how authorization changes when the actor is not a person • Track record of independently turning ambiguity into a clear point of view • Ability to take complex problems end to end across research, design, engineering, GTM, and stakeholder management autonomously
