MBA is a strong plus. • 5+ years in Product Management • 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, and user research teams • Preferred: 8+ years in Product Management • 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, and user research teams • 3+ years of Sr. Manager level work, including hiring and developing managers and senior individual contributors • Exceptional business, design, communication, and people management skills. • Ability to work as a partner and peer to your partners in product, leadership, engineering, and customer experience. • Ability to utilize your full range of people and product management skills to help these teams be successful. • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and drive strategic direction. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders and influence other leaders. • Comfort operating at different vertical levels at the organization including individual contributors to senior executives. • Ability to build ground-up solutions where none exist including all steps of ideation, design, implementation and monitoring. • Strong financial acumen and data-driven approach to solving problems. • Passionate about customer and agent empathy. • Strong verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
