📋 Description
• responsible for the refund processing and patient and insurance balances maintained by Mercy • accurately and efficiently process a high volume of credit transactions across all lines of service • perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
🎯 Requirements
• HS Degree or Equivalent • Prior Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or insurance • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge • Computer and keyboarding skills • Communication and customer service skills
