📋 Description
• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims • Communicate effectively while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume • Perform duties and responsibilities consistently with Mercy’s mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
🎯 Requirements
• High school degree or equivalent required • Computer and keyboarding skills • Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience preferred • Prior revenue cycle healthcare billing or insurance experience preferred • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge preferred • Communication and customer service skills preferred
