📋 Description
• Directly responsible for the oversight of daily operations in the department • Acts in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Mercy rules, regulations, policies, and procedures • Responsible for the overall management of the business operations in accordance with Mercy's mission, vision, and strategy • Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
🎯 Requirements
• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN) • MSN, MBA, or MHA preferred (will substitute experience for advanced degree) • 5-year minimum experience managing operations in hospital or clinic or equivalent healthcare setting • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Professional verbal and written communication skills
