📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to understand prospect and customer objectives, pain points, current-state processes, decision criteria, and desired business outcomes • Plan and deliver tailored MeridianLink solution demonstrations and presentations • Develop business and system process flows showing current-state challenges, future-state workflows, integrations, and operational improvements • Build foundational business cases and ROI narratives using customer data, benchmarks, process observations, and measurable value drivers • Support technical discovery across software, hardware, APIs, cloud concepts, networking, security, and system integrations • Orchestrate the end-to-end pre-sales process with subject matter experts, product teams, technical resources, and leadership • Respond to solution-related RFP/RFI questions, validate requirements, identify gaps or dependencies, and position MeridianLink's value • Maintain knowledge of MeridianLink solutions, releases, competitive positioning, industry trends, regulatory considerations, credit and fraud risk concepts, and financial-services operating models • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through communication, executive presence, consultative questioning, problem solving, and follow-through • Capture customer feedback and field insights to support product, enablement, and go-to-market improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, pre-sales, product consulting, implementation consulting, or a related customer-facing technology role • Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, credit unions, lending, account opening, credit decisioning, fraud/risk, or adjacent technology is strongly preferred • Ability to learn complex software products and translate technical capabilities into clear business value • Strong presentation, facilitation, discovery, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to organize multiple opportunities and work effectively across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and technical teams • Comfort working with data, process metrics, and ROI/value concepts • Ability to travel for customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and industry events as business needs require • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; application asks whether sponsorship will be required
