📋 Description

• Contribute to UX design efforts across the product lifecycle, from discovery through final design specifications and delivery • Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences for B2B users and downstream consumer interactions • Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to align user needs with business goals and technical considerations. Participate in discovery efforts to help define problems and shape design opportunities • Communicate design rationale clearly by articulating the “why” behind decisions—including user needs, business context, and intended outcomes—so cross-functional partners can make informed decisions • Work with Engineering throughout design and development to validate feasibility, understand constraints, and support the delivery of practical, high-quality solutions • Participate in agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure design intent is well understood and implemented effectively • Manage stakeholder expectations and clearly communicate design decisions and tradeoffs • Present and defend UX decisions to stakeholders • Work within an established design system, leveraging and improving patterns as needed • Design within product, technical, and regulatory constraints while maintaining usability • Create scalable design systems, components, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma • Participate in grooming and ensure high-quality implementation • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) and automation tools (e.g., Make) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency • Incorporate user testing, usability feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions • Partner with stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative insights and iterate designs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise (B2B) or complex products • Strong experience working within design systems at scale • Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop and mobile breakpoints grounded in a mobile first mindset • Expert proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping) • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Experience or familiarity with user research and usability testing methods • Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow.
