• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. • Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to expand the customer base. • Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and existing customers. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Proven experience in outside sales/ direct sales, preferably in the Fire industry. • Strong skills in lead generation and territory management. • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients. • Proficient in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team. • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
