âą General accounting duties related to month end processes âą Implement proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies âą Input daily transaction information in NetSuite such as accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) âą Assist with billing and customer invoicing âą Perform tasks within the parameters of current processes
đŻ Requirements
âą Junior or Senior year in Accounting program with high academic performance âą Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, applications and methods âą Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare reports âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook âą Attention to detail and self-starter attitude with tenacity and drive âą Excellent oral and written communication skills âą Comfortable providing status updates on work with deadlines.
