• Review digital images of documents for clarity, completeness, readability, and overall image quality • Identify and flag missing, incomplete, unclear, or non-compliant images • Enter and verify information from digital documents into designated systems • Review data for accuracy and correct errors • Follow established procedures, client requirements, and quality standards • Meet individual productivity and accuracy expectations • Communicate questions, discrepancies, or processing issues to appropriate team members • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information • Participate in training and remain current with process updates
