📋 Description

• Define digital product and service solutions with different disciplines in a highly collaborative environment • Contribute to planning, conducting, and interpreting primary and secondary research • Inform user interaction and visual direction through interviews, usability evaluations, concept validation, and usability testing • Contribute to planning collaborative workshops and work sessions with internal and external teams, and lead sections as appropriate • Create experience artifacts including archetypes, customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystems, design artifacts, and prototypes • Take ownership of the area of expertise to elevate and carry forward the project vision • Support opportunity framing with clients and experience strategy and experience design projects • Impact Method through common missions that better serve projects, people, and the world at large

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in design research, digital strategy, digital product design, and/or service design • Portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in understanding complex business problems and solving them with an appropriate mix of pioneering and pragmatic approaches • Undergraduate and/or Masters Degree in Design (product, visual/interaction, architecture, industrial), Human Factors, Engineering (mechanical), or equivalent professional experience • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to articulate work and its intent to teams and clients • A unique point of view and willingness to question approaches, processes, and strategy
