📋 Description
• Provide enterprise implementation, maintenance, and user support • Interact with IT groups and clinical departments • Support customers onsite and through phone/screen sharing • Assist in monitoring the Imaging Team Help Desk queue
🎯 Requirements
• Associates Degree required • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Sciences preferred • 5-7 years of related experience required • Technical Degree or Diploma preferred • Knowledge of PACS workflow and experience supporting IT
