📋 Description

• Review and analyze oil and gas leases • Interpret lease provisions and contractual obligations • Identify clauses affecting development and operations • Summarize lease terms and prepare lease analysis reports • Evaluate pooling, unitization, depth severance, and continuous development provisions • Review royalty, shut-in, and lease maintenance clauses • Support land administration and operational teams • Maintain accurate lease records and documentation • Communicate findings to project teams and clients • Ensure accuracy and consistency of lease analysis deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Oil and gas lease analysis experience • Strong understanding of lease provisions and terminology • Experience interpreting complex contractual language • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Strong written communication abilities • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States
