• Conduct virtual or in-person property walk-through inspections to identify damages that may be covered under insurance policies • Utilize communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to business growth and client success • Interpret insurance policies and explain coverage-related information to clients • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs professionally and efficiently • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to assist in processing claims
