📋 Description

• Provide pediatric Physical Therapy assistance for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs • Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans • Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy • Collaborate with physical, occupational, speech, and nursing professionals for coordinated care • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation • Supervise PTAs as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Certificate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Active state Physical Therapy license • CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person) • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required • Individualized care for children from birth to age 21 • New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply
