📋 Description

• Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and ancillary offerings • Facilitate new hire benefits office hours, onboarding benefits support, and enrollment • Maintain and update benefits resources and the benefits knowledge base • Lead annual open enrollment, including system configuration, plan setup, communications, employee education, and enrollment support • Serve as the primary benefits subject matter expert for employees • Maintain accurate benefit data and data integrity across systems • Manage weekly vendor file interfaces, validate errors, and resolve discrepancies • Collaborate with benefit carriers, vendors, and consultants • Partner with internal communications on employee-facing benefits materials and engagement campaigns • Lead implementation of new benefit programs and enhancements • Prepare and analyze benefit reports • Conduct monthly benefit audits • Complete regulatory reporting, including ACA and 1095 forms • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local benefit regulations • Administer and manage employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, personal leaves, and company-sponsored leave programs • Serve as point of contact for employees, managers, HR business partners, Payroll, Employee Relations, and third-party leave administrators • Support employees throughout the full leave lifecycle • Track, monitor, and document leaves and accommodations • Partner with Payroll on leave-related pay and benefits • Audit leave records for accuracy and compliance • Document and track accommodation requests and participate in the interactive process • Create and deliver leave and accommodation training and communications • Provide employee support during critical life events • Analyze Total Rewards workflows and recommend improvements • Document processes, procedures, and best practices • Identify improvements to systems, processes, and data flows • Contribute to Total Rewards strategies and operational plans • Develop internal resources, SOPs, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Three (3) or more years of experience in benefits administration and leave management • Experience supporting compensation processes preferred • Strong understanding of health & welfare benefits, retirement programs, and Total Rewards fundamentals • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits and leave, including ERISA, ACA, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and timelines • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality • Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred • Experience with data reporting or analytics in HRIS or Excel preferred • Experience working with HRIS and benefits administration systems preferred • Experience partnering with third-party leave administrators preferred
