• Provide group and/or individual clinical services to patients mandated by Court or RMV. • Complete initial adult comprehensive assessments for program admission, mid-point evaluations, and exit interviews. • Participate in ongoing curriculum development and provide documentation and consultation with probation officers, courts, and the Department of Motor Vehicles. • Educate, support, and empower participants by sharing information on community resources, recovery supports, and self-help groups. • Maintain current knowledge of recovery-oriented practices through trainings, webinars, and professional development. • Complete required documentation and administrative tasks, promptly report crises or incidents, and promote respect for each individual’s cultural identity.
• Applicants MUST reside in one of the following to be eligible: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Maine, West Virginia, or Puerto Rico. • Bachelor’s or master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field OR independent licensure. • Experience and proficiency in substance use disorder treatment and recovery, including knowledge of addiction services and local resources. • Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred.
