📋 Description

• Complete Massachusetts standardized biopsychosocial comprehensive assessments and corresponding addendums during first meetings. • Complete evidence-based screening tools, including nicotine assessment, Tuberculosis screening, and health risk assessment. • Complete court evaluation letters for probation officers and referral sources. • Complete administrative documentation, including authorizations, consents, agreements, acknowledgements, and enrollment forms. • Complete required documentation promptly and meet regulatory standards. • Collaborate with the Billing Department regarding payment options. • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Participate in licensing and accreditation processes. • Serve as a liaison to service systems, state agencies, and community partners. • Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies and organizations. • Promote programs and identify potential alliances, partnerships, and funding sources. • Pursue professional growth through conferences, classes, groups, statewide meetings, task forces, and committees. • Promote and integrate the agency mission, values, philosophy, and principles. • Perform other similar duties assigned by the Clinic Director and/or Assistant Clinic Director.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health and addiction field is required. • Experience with comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical screening tools. • Ability to work with a broad range of clinical presentations and age ranges. • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred; additional compensation available for bilingual candidates. • Ability to complete court evaluations, administrative documentation, and regulatory documentation accurately and timely. • Ability to collaborate with administrative assistants, clinic leadership, clinical supervisors, clinicians, MID Educators, Billing Department, and multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to participate in licensing and accreditation processes and liaise with service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
