📋 Description

• Apply engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills to design and support complex underground infrastructure projects • Prepare calculations and supporting engineering analyses • Develop plans in AutoCAD • Help solve design and field challenges for projects crossing beneath rivers, highways, and other sensitive or technically complex areas • Provide engineering design and construction support • Collaborate across the Michels Family of Companies to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions • Accommodate occasional travel for meetings, site visits, and short-term construction assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering or related engineering field from an ABET accredited program • 3+ years of experience with trenchless design (HDD, microtunneling, Direct Pipe, or conventional auger boring) • Professional Engineering (PE) license or willingness to attain PE licensure • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with AutoCAD desired • Solid understanding of civil design and drawings • Strong ability for critical thinking and problem solving • Ability to accommodate occasional travel for meetings, site visits, and short-term construction assignments • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
