📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking key operational metrics • Extract, clean, and transform data from Excel, LIMS, and internal systems • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models using pivot tables, Power Query, and formulas • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve consistency • Partner with operations leadership to identify reporting needs and performance gaps • Conduct ad hoc analysis supporting decision-making and process improvements • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role • Strong proficiency in Power BI or alike, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query; VBA is a plus • Experience working with operational or performance data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders • High attention to detail and data accuracy • Basic knowledge of laboratory principles, terminology, practices, techniques, and instrumentation • Ability to prioritize work and manage time to meet deadlines and rush orders • Computer literacy • Ability to work with delicate laboratory equipment • Effective written and verbal communication • High school diploma plus two years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree • Applicants considered for hire must pass a drug test before beginning work • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Travel may be required at less than 20%
