📋 Description

• Identify relevant content creators and gather data to determine their fit for collaborations • Reach out to content creators, answer questions, and finalize collaboration plans and goals • Coordinate with the MicroStarts team to send collaboration materials and ensure collaborations are completed • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of collaboration deliverables • Work with the marketing team and brand development stakeholders to align outreach efforts with current product offerings • Explore new content ideas, trends, and storytelling formats • Experiment with new platforms and creative approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms preferred • Strong written communication and organization skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Plant knowledge or horticulture background is a bonus • Experience growing social media accounts is a bonus • Entry-level experience acceptable
