📋 Description

• Collect, review, verify, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources. • Enter, update, and manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy. • Conduct routine audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency. • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and duplication issues. • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data management systems in accordance with company standards. • Generate regular reports and summaries for management and operational teams. • Organize and classify data to improve accessibility and usability. • Assist with data migration, cleansing, and system implementation projects. • Monitor data workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and security protocols. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives and business objectives. • Document procedures, workflows, and data management practices.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, Statistics, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, administrative support, or a related role preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools. • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or data management systems is an advantage. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
