📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth commercial auto bodily injury claim investigations • Gather recorded statements and determine coverage and liability • Manage timely and adequate claim reserves • Maintain organized, professional claim files, reports, and communications • Strategically negotiate settlements to achieve fair, timely resolutions • Keep current with evolving legal statutes, policy conditions, and industry trends • Operate within a paperless Claims Management System • Participate in legal proceedings, including depositions, mediations, and trials • Serve as a key point of contact for agents, policyholders, and legal partners • Deliver responsive, high-quality service throughout the claims lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years handling Commercial Automobile or Motor Carrier Liability claims, inclusive of litigation experience • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Highly organized with keen attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting • Experience with mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations • Strong collaboration with legal counsel and claims teams • Multi-State adjusting experience is preferred • Insurance education and/or designations a plus • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Good keyboarding and technology skills • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for depositions, mediations, trials, and meetings
