📋 Description

• Accept resumes from candidates interested in future careers at Mighty Acorn • Review submitted resumes and assess potential fit for future roles • Add promising candidates to a candidate pool and notify them when opportunities become available • Introduce candidates to a professional services company specializing in modern software development, DevSecOps, and scalable infrastructure for government digital services

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently, sometimes under tight deadlines • Preference for transparency and ability to communicate directly and transparently • Ability to adapt quickly and cope with temporarily ambiguous situations as requirements change • Work must be performed from within the contiguous United States • Active US citizenship or a green card required • Work authorization must not require present or future visa sponsorship by Mighty Acorn Digital • Must pass a criminal background check before the start date • Fast (>100Mbps) and reliable internet connection • Dedicated workspace with background noise at an appropriate level for audio calls • Relevant, significant experience in at least one of: state law compliance; federal law compliance; HR laws/regulations; contract compliance review; budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow scenario planning, and analysis; recruiting/interviewing; business/employment taxes; research projects; event and travel planning (minimum 1 year)
